William P. Brogley is an associate at Baer Romain, LLP. He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, real estate, criminal law, personal injury, and family law. He brings many years of knowledge to the firm from both the public and private sectors. He has experience from the Public Defenders, Federal Defenders Division, in Philadelphia and served as law clerk to the Honorable Jane Cuttler-Greenspan of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He then joined private practice continuing criminal defense work and gaining extensive experience with civil litigation matters. Prior to entering law school, he had careers in information technology and commercial fisheries.
Bill was born and raised in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. He received his B.A from Evergreen College in Olympia, Washington in 1998 and his J.D. from Temple University in 2003. Mr. Brogley was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2003, the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 2004, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 2004.
Bill is the President of the Greater Pottstown Watershed Alliance. He is also an active member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Chester County Bar Association.
