This firm regularly handles DUI cases from first-time offenders to persons charged with multiple DUI offenses. We use our extensive experience to achieve positive results, which may include dismissal of charges, a negotiated plea, or a full blown defense on the merits at trial.
In many cases we obtain acceptance into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) Program for our clients. Under the ARD Program, clients are not incarcerated, receive a substantially reduced license suspension, and may be eligible to have their DUI charge expunged after a successful probationary period. Acceptance into the ARD Program is subject to the District Attorney's discretion and must be approved by the Common Pleas Judge. Although ARD is usually offered to first time offenders only, in some other cases, ARD may be possible.
We also represent clients who are not ARD eligible and provide vigorous representation from the preliminary hearing through jury trial. Of course, the strategy, goal, and ultimate disposition of each case depends upon the facts of each situation.
